Pretty terrible sequel. Henry feels very out of character, like all the character building that was done through out the series was completely disregarded. The daughter is whiny and annoying, a lot like Aisling. The only thing this book seems to do is fill the plot hole left when the series ended (Aisling having a key to get in the the faerie realm). If you're a die hard fan and need to see how that wraps up it's worth skimming. If you like the series how it ended, don't bother.

Well written as were the others, but the ending seemed rather rushed as if the writer had lost the passion.
I have enjoyed all five of the books and am on the edge waiting to find out where book six is. I have passed my collection to my sister and we both are in love with Faerie Wars.
Awesome book! A must read if you're a lover of the Faerie wars series.
Great addition to the series. I love how Lord Black Hairstreak continues to menace the royals even after his attempted suicide.
